#12 on my list is Stargate Atlantis' alien female buff bod & warrior type, Teyla! aka (actress: Rachel Luttrell). She gets points for keeping it toned and her beautiful skin!
#11 is SevenOfNine, the emotionless ex-Borg siren (actress: Jeri Ryan) on Star Trek Voyager. She was an inspiration to me for a while, physically speaking... she's virtually ideal!
#10 for me would be Uhuru (on the latest Star trek movie, 2009) or Neytiri (Avatar) - Zoe Saldana. Her acting chops cannot be faulted and the girl has got some serious pretty-face going (but quite a bit on the petite side).
#9 is none other than Xev Bellringer of the Scifi Channel series, Lexx (actress: Xenia Seeberg). This lady oozed sensuality in her role as ex-Sex slave with her pouty lips and huge eyes!
#8 belongs to T'pol of Star Trek enterprise (actress Jolene Blalock). The girl is seriously skinny with big plastic boobs to match making for a very svelte busty and seriously ass-kickin' Scifi babe!
#7 goes to Battle star Galactica's "Number 8" or Boomer/Athena (actress Grace Park) steamed up the scenes with her achingly taut body.. the girl is gorgeous IMO!
#6 is Battle star Galactica's "Number 6" played by Tricia Helfer. Now I have to say I'm typically biased against blondes but she proved she could do more than just look good in her role as #6. There is a lot more to this chick than just a pretty face, folks...
#5 is Gina Torres of Cleopatra 2525 or Firefly. Hot-blooded Amazon - can't go wrong!
#4 goes to my idol, Angelina Jolie who played Lara Croft in Tomb Raider (my favorite game, once upon a looong time ago, lol) & Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.
#3 position is held by Milla Jovovich for her roles in The Fifth Element and Resident Evil.
#2 position is held by Evangeline Lily for her role as Kate in Lost. Love her tight little body!
#1 goes to.. drumroll please... Martha Jones! A stand-out companion of Doctor Who.. beautiful, sexy, bold and a delight to behold! Actress: Freema Agyeman.

I was reminded of another Scifi Hottie I adore today.. So, I've added a #13 Scifi Hottie to this list - overlooked but not forgotten! Inara of Firefly/ Queen Anna of the move recent version of "V". Actress: Morena Baccarin.
I totally suscribe to that wise choice, even if i-personnally- would have might changed the order here and there (but not for number one!)-thanks to have made me discover Martha Jones, hun ;)
